• Payment information, processed securely through Stripe; we never store your card details
• Project details, descriptions, budget ranges, and business information you provide during onboarding
• Files, messages, support conversations, and project materials you choose to upload
• Usage data, pages visited, time on site, and general location data for analytics purposes
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
• Deliver the services you've purchased or requested
• Send project receipts, proposals, and status updates
• Respond to inquiries and support requests
• Send relevant service recommendations based on your estimate submissions
• Notify you of changes to your project or account
• Improve our website and services
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our business:
• Stripe, payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Supabase, secure database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Resend, transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
• OpenAI, Anthropic, and Groq, AI-assisted chat, summaries, and project proposals
• Google Analytics and Plausible, website usage analytics
• Calendly, appointment scheduling (calendly.com/privacy)
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and active project information while your account remains open. Payment and contract records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. Lead and chat records are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed.
You may delete your account and associated workspace data from Client Portal → Settings, or request help by emailing peterdquinnsr@gmail.com.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and role-based access controls in our systems. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to maintain secure session state and analytics technologies from Google Analytics and Plausible to understand usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though account functionality may then be limited.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of non-transactional communications at any time
